Roadrunners can run 20 mph.
Coyotes can run 40 mph. Kaywoodie says they fly. I never knew that. Yes. They can and do. Used to have one that hung around my 14’ tripod. He’d fly up into the adjacent tree and watch me. They are very curious birds. And hell on rattlesnakes too. I’ve watched them kill several at the ranch. Which makes them good to go, IMO. 👍🏻

We have lots of roadrunners, and coyotes around here. In fact the roadrunner is the state bird of NM. The only time I've ever seen a coyote chasing a roadrunner was to chase the roadrunner away from a nest of baby quail so he could eat them. Roadrunners are predators and eat small eggs, lizards, mice, baby birds. bugs, etc. I'm glad we are a lot bigger than they are.

You think that yours was OP. I grew up believing that only one lemming out of the whole heard thought for himself and didn’t run off of a cliff… I believed the lies about Lemmings as well, until this. According to a 1983 investigation by Canadian Broadcasting Corporation producer Brian Vallee, the lemming scenes were faked. The lemmings supposedly committing mass suicide by leaping into the ocean were actually thrown off a cliff by the Disney filmmakers.
