Any of you guys have any experience with the small tabletop type CNCs, looking to get a small one for wood projects
GF had one - basically made from wood for doing wood CNC work. It was decent and okay but not rigid like a metal CNC machine would be. Fine enough for arts/crafts type stuff to sell on Etsy but not much more. She sent it down the road. Uses her laser engraver more. Especially on wood.
Uncle has one but it's a pro rig, can't remember the brand or details. Large enough he does full doors on it with relief carving. IIRC he has about 40k into it and he bought it about 10 years ago so likely more today. Really impressive bit of kit.
