I’ve been lucky enough to gther a few of the third series and even a couple of the second series (pre miracle trigger) 37’s, but I have not been able to locate the earliest model with the barrel band. Does anyone have one out there somewhere?

One more kick to the top, I’d even take some conversation on that first series 37, anyone ever had one?

I've never seen one of the barrel band Remington 37s, but have 2 more recent ones, #054xx and 099xx. Nice rifles, but I don't love the split bridge design.

Yeah, pretty neat rifles, the very early 37’s had a barrel band, and what looked like a second series stock. Not crazy about barrel bands and what they do to accuracy, but they made them, and I like the rifle, so I’d love to find one. Thanks
