I recently bough a 444 Marlin. Have not gotten to shoot it yet due to not having 240 grain bullets for reloading. Really nice guns. Looks like a newer one with Ballard rifling. Decent price as well.

You don't need 240gr particularly since any of the Marlin .444's should be able to stabilize up to a 300gr bullet. Except for the very old ones, they will handle even heavier bullets.
