I read that yesterday and in reality, and astonishingly, the D.C Court of Appeals is admitting they are corrupt. No affect on Jack Smith, his corrupt mission was accomplished (thanks to the courts help), although the "evidence" he gathered may get tossed.
And as these things always go, nobody will be fired, fined or jailed.
The USSC should look into this and do something. Or maybe Congress can impeach the D.C. Court of Appeals judges. The facts and admissions are all laid bare for everyone to see. No investigation necessary.
I expect Mike Johnson will be all over this soon. Right?

Jack Smith forced Elon to sign an NDA. Any bets on whether Elon ratted Smith out to Trump anyway? He should have. Imagine the uproar if that dipchit Jack Smith tried to put Elon in jail for violating the NDA.

So what about Trump's private messages on X. Smith's very low level of credibility still takes a hit as this underhanded BS is brought to light and so does the court, doesn't matter if they admitted it. The courts being used as a weapon against Trump is getting so obvious even leftards (some) are seeing it.
