Saw an old friend at the grocery store so we had a nice visit blocking the bread aisle.

Bananas and Early Times were on sale but I couldn't find any pickled herring. Gave a well dressed young woman that was sitting and begging by my car with a young child holding a sign to please help. As I returned my cart I handed her 5 bucks. All in all, a good day.

Good!

I got diagnosed with stomach cancer just before Christmas and they originally told me that I would have to have my stomach removed.

They did and endoscopy, performed by the Doctor that found it, and I found out today that she got it all.

Next step is a surgeon review to make sure I don't need more of my stomach removed as a precaution going forward.

All in all a pretty good day, Wabs.

That's exactly what I asked. She said to think of it more like a gastric bypass but I think she was being kind....
