They had a chili cook off a the local pub today. Winner gets their recipe cooked up for the Super Bowl party, plus some gift cards and bragging rights. I did bear chili, using this recipe: https://www.dabblingwild.com/post/bear-chiliPeople were coming up to me and telling me how great it was, they cleaned the pot. Particularly people who’d never had bear before. And I didn’t even make the top three. The winning chili was overloaded with both kidney beans and pork and beans and too much sugar.
