Are there any internet knife forums that I can get a value and possibly sell a few custom knives and daggers?

There is a wealth of information right here if those guys see your request and have time to answer. I've learned a lot just hanging around here and listening.
You will do much better and attract more interest if you have pictures. The better they are and the more you have the better it will go.

You might also spend some time over on Bladeforums.com.
They have a lot of forums to choose from that will put you in an audience with a specific interest area, such as custom knives, etc. Almost too much initially to sort through.
