No reason it wouldn't stabilize any 100 grain bullet.
I've shot plenty of 100 gr Factory Weatherby rounds through my 270 Wby and they're very accurate. I do prefer the 130's though. Pushing them along at 3400fps+...makes for some pretty spectacular kills. It's a wicked round.
