These scopes have intrigued me of late, does anyone have any experience with them? What would they be comparable to?

Sample of 1. FFP. It broke and started shooting 15+ inch groups. They send me a new one and I sold it.

Had two of them .One FFP and one SFP . The ocular adjustment worked on neither. Sent them back to Natchez for a refund.

I own two both FFP great glass for the money I paid. I would not pay full retail for one. I acquired one in a trade and bought the other used at a good discount.
Only issue was the one with the MAD Knob turrets, (kind of funky set up). I blame it on the scope mounts and operator error. Had it mounted on the M1A with Sadlak mounts, at the time changed over to the CASM mounts. Much prefer the Varmint model turrets. Mad Knob is now on a Remington 700 .308 Match built by John Beanland, the Varmint model is on a customized M1A.
I have had none of the issue mentioned by post above. Off the top of my head, 700–1000 rounds fired under each.
ymmv

They ARE heavy and the power adjustment ring feels sluggish on mine (sent it back and Burris said it was "in spec"), The reticle of the FFP model is a cool concept. Pulled it off a rifle I wanted lighter, so now I need to figure out what I'm going to mount it onto next.
