Thanks for the comments. The two PH Hussars are wonderful actions and come with the factory steel bottom metal which has the straddle floorplate and the inside the bow release. They also have the ZG47 safety. These are great actions for a build. They have sights, but the barrels are of high quality from Britain. I turn them a half turn to put the rear sight screw holes down and did not rebarrel the actions when I built a rifle and kept the factory caliber which is in this case both 30.06. A standard FN Deluxe action and equivalent bottom metal with straddle floorplate will cost about the same and with the ZG47 action you get the 19mm dovetails which use either PH rings with the recoil stud OR you can use Talley rings with the recoil lug. The factory stocks are nice but have a "Weatherby" look with the high comb and monte carlo stock. I used Brown Precision stocks for builds, with and without the cheekpiece. Factory PH Hussars came in 243, 270, 30-06, 308 Win and 308 Norma Mag. I do not know how many were imported to the US, but I have seen only two 243's and two 308's, a handful of 270's and 308 Normas while most were 30-06. You will want to replace the trigger though. I used Timney and Canjar.
