950 fps? If it expands well at that velocity it might be a decent small game round.

I guess if I ever felt compelled to drop my Beretta 21 in a pocket instead of carrying my 365 IWB... I guess

I'll test some in my PT22. I like options.

Seems to be OOS everywhere I looked. Maybe I’ll find some next time I’m buying boolits….
Saw a gel test online. Seems to work as advertised. Whether that matters is another question. Stingers expanded well for me from a handgun when I tested them about 40 years ago.

Some of y'all are some miserable sonsabitches.
I guess everyone should just stick to shooting cci mini-mags out of there 10/22 and make bullshit claims about benchrest accuracy that would put a 54 anschutz to shame.
God forbid something new come out.

Was thinking if they get the claimed velocity 950 FPS, in 2-1/2" bbl might be a wicked explosive round for small vermin from your 22? Maybe they'll be more consistent than just lead bullets. If we ever see some up here 🇨🇦 I'll definitely give them a shot. GWPGUY. 🐾👣🇨🇦

God forbid something new come out. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Shooters wanted a new option for protection. CCI delivered with Uppercut—a 22 LR built for short-barreled, self-defense handguns.950 FPS Wise decision for a fool, pay 26 cents a pop so you can use a 22LR instead of a 38 special, or the even much maligned 380 for self defense. I will stick to 9mm or 45 acp for that purpose.

There are times when a tiny gun is all than can be carried, and tiny .38s and .380s are more difficult to shoot. It’s a niche market, but a market nonetheless.
I have one on my belt right now. Later it will go in my comfy-pants pocket when it’s tv time. When I’m away from home, I pack something else.
