Who or what groups sponsor local (Soldotna/Kenai) GUN SHOWS. I would like to join those groups, and help.
ALASKA is a "HARD COUNTRY for OLDMEN". (But if you live it wide'ass open, balls'to the wall, the pedal floored, full throttle, it is a delightful place, to finally just sit-back and savor those memories while sipping Tequila).

Sorry to say, but haven't seen one in quite a long time. OTOH, there are several fund raisers a year. OTO(other)H, the time seems quite ripe to organize a new venue.
Sterling senior center may have held one awhile ago. Promotion of a venue seems to lack enough communication (read as not having "go getters") to properly get the word out.
I believe the area holds enough willing participants to have a successful event. There are over 20K people within 30 miles (any direction) of SXQ.

I might rent a location, do a one day 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM event. It would be small. Everything would be rented, including tables & chairs.
Open to any ideas or suggestions. Only interested in doing this in Soldotna, Alaska
Not for profit or as a business venture.
