Just been running through my collection of firearms, I am at 79 and that does not include over 20 handguns, still have to go through and get a proper count, and I am currently bidding on more as I type.
Anyone else letting it get out of hand??
And a good portion have been since I retired.
Shoulda stayed working, wouldn’t have the money or time then to be buying.😳

Wow, I don’t quite have that many, but I have six boys, and I’m not filling out a who gets what list either 😁

Similar count here. I agree, I should have stayed working in my past trade. I'm a machinist now and started at the bottom (righfully so). I don't make the same wages as what I ended my last career at. Nonetheless, I'm a gun loony and will be forever so I'll keep buying 'em.

Dang, I only have about 5 or 6 shotguns and I'm unhappy I probably won't get to wear them out.

They keep or gain value. So a good investment. Unless they end up in the wrong hands .

....there was this boating accident. Just the kind of info the ATF looks for. ^^^^ If/when it comes time to liquidate, you'll be considered a "dealer".

No, I made the determination some time ago to only keep what is immediately useful. No use...gone.
These are my opinions, feel free to disagree.

I’ve owned a lot over the years but started giving them away to kids, grandkids, and friends. Now down to just 2 big game rifles and several shotguns. I rather see others enjoying them as opposed to having them and not using them. We’re all different.

Three times in the last 10 years I made a serious attempt to downsize my gun collection. I now own about 20 more. Something tells me I failed. Maybe next time.
My biggest fear is when I die my wife will sell my guns for what I told her they cost.
