I need the parts number for the two screws for the forend plate on the TD after SN 200,000. or a picture of the whole sheet,

The two screws that go in from the rear of the forend iron, or the two screws that anchor the takedown latch?
If it's the two wood screws at the rear, then any old slotted un-plated flat-head wood screw of the proper diameter will work. If it's for something that's been taken apart a gajillion times I would select replacements that are a skinch longer so as to bite into fresh wood.
