According to Mrgunsandgear, this was overturned, not stayed, so the store is open. He hinted that anyone in the market get their order in before the ruling is appealed.
I wonder if the express companies will stall on shipping, given their usual anti stance. For anyone with the time, might still be worthwhile to buy in person either locally or across the line in America someplace. Cash, naturally.

i assume the NRA funded this lawsuit? I think they "helped out" but it's mostly a CRPA (CA Rifle and Pistol Assoc) case along with whatever the plaintiffs kicked in and donations from others. Sometimes in these cases NRA (ILA I think), SAF, GOA and some others file amicus briefs too, which means they paid for their lawyers to write them. my statement was a sort of sarcastic. and pointed to all the folks who still think the NRA is a worthy group that "fights" for our rights. filing amicus briefs is not fighting. is akin to spouting here, here after a speech on a bully pulpit. They definitely don't do any heavy lifting but I guess we need them around to be the face of the bad guys. Blaming the NRA lets the real patriots get schidt done,

Don't forget the super effective "10 day waiting period" 🤬 That's been around since I was a kid. It's so effective I've hardly seen a murder in Cali since.  It's not very logical is it, especially for folks like us that already own a firearm or ???. If only the US Congress could get a Constitutional Carry law passed too, wouldn't that be a hoot.

Ammunition Depot is shipping to CA now also. I hope Mackay joins in. There were several companies who saw the bigger picture, stepped up to the plate and continued to ship ammo to CA, while many others were quick to give the middle finger to fellow shooters and sportsmen. Each business is certainly allowed to set their own rules but I will never send a penny to the people who were so quick to side with and support the enemy.
