I’ve seen these on Midway but not specifically for the OptimaV2. Anybody know if the V2 with QRBP can be modified for LR primers. Thanks

Thanks for the replies y’all. Dang shotgun primers are just nasty. Too much trash for the flash channel to handle well. And they can be a bee eye itch to find. Fortunately I have a sufficient number of LR Mag primers to feed the Optima for a while. Are y’all seeing a difference in breech plug fouling? I would expect so if I’m right about the shotgun primers.
edit: Is the QRBP with the kit different from the standard Blackhorn QRBC or is the primer pocket a different dimension. Also is the plug nitride finished. Thanks again

Forums Found the answer about which breech plug works. The Variflame plug has a larger primer pocket for the adapter so is required. Also found the kit at Natchez Shooters Supply for $55.99 plus shipping https://www.natchezss.com/cva-qrbp-...-only-for-accura-mrx-lrx-models-cvac1737Doesn’t say it’ll fit the Optima V2 but it’s the same model number
