Never had one. How is their quality? Hold an edge pretty good? Sharpen fairly easily?
Found a man who has several for sale at what seems like a good to great deal and just kind of curious.
Thanks.
Those who are always shooting off at the mouth usually aren't shooting straight.
Build a man a fire and he’ll be warm for a day. Set a man on fire and he’ll be warm for the rest of his life.

Had mine since I retired from the USMC back in 1991. I don't use it often, but have skinned 3 deer and 2 beaver with it and it is still sharp. Took the edge pretty quick. So, I think you will be pleased with it. I highly recommend them.
Draw a fine bead on em Son!

Which model are you looking at? The Kabar fighting knives have a storied history. I recently read where they're a descendant of the Bowie.

This is my only Ka-Bar knife but it is American made.
Beware some of the newer fighting knives are imported from china.
Keep moving forward!

Just picked up an older Finn model 1226 for my grandson at a gun show. Now gotta find a sheath.
Life is too short to hunt with ugly guns.

I wouldn't buy a Chinese made one. China is plotting a cyber attack on us as I type.
