A guy is wanting a gun through them. He wants my friend's shop to get it for him. We called guns.com and they said individuals can open their own account. This would most likely be a one and done for my friend's shop and the guns.com rep said he probably shouldn't sign up his shop into their network.
Has anyone dealt with them? Pros/ Cons?

I bought a rifle through them last year without issues.I had it sent to an FFL they had on their list near me.Everything went OK.

Bought one last year too. The process was straight forward and not unlike buying from any out of state seller

I bought a rifle through them last year and it showed up with a broken stock. They refunded my cc as soon as I called them. Customer service was excellent.

Thanks for the info. I tried dealing with them earlier last year. I saw a gun on GunsInternational. I called them to ask a question about the gun. They said we can't help you with that. The gun is at a dealer in I forget which state. They would not forward my request nor give me contact information. I told myself and them that I would never be doing any business with them. Apparently they are just the middle man? Hopefully it works out as well as it has for all of you.
