What’s a NH model 70 classic worth with a laminate/blued 270wsm. Did have a scope mounted but but never fired? Box included.
TIA

TIA Depends on who you ask, and where you look. However, generally it's best to check gunbroker completed sales. That should give you an idea, if you can find a similar model that has sold there.
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

550-700 seems like what I’m seeing them for.
I’ve got one I got after I returned from Iraq in 03. At the smiths now getting a new barrel.

I’ve got one I got after I returned from Iraq in 03. At the smiths now getting a new barrel. That's why I said, it depends on who you ask. In local shops, when you do see them, they sit on the shelves for a long time. Especially the 270wsm. The 300WSM is a little easier to move. It's not completely dead in the water, like some/all of the other WSM's. At one point, you could find the dang wsm's like this for under $500.00. I've bought them for less, and don't personally look for them when I'm out and about. Sometimes I'll see a nice classic, like the 243 I recently bought for less than $600.00, and it will be a WSM and I'll put it back on the rack real fast. One thing I've noticed some guys doing, is buying them for the actions, and turning them into PRC's. But I agree, when I see them locally, they are in the $600-$850.00 range around here. My locale vs. way back east where you are located. Another reason I suggest looking at GB, when researching values.
