This is a setup by the Dems to get Biden to back out of the race or be forced out. I think that it's a unique angle for Hur to use his mental status as a reason not to prosecute. Also letting biden off with any charges over the retaining of the classified documents is idiotic. biden was a senator and vice pres. when he took/stole those documents. Trump was president with certain rights when he took the documents, and should have been protected by those rights. It is totally one sided, as we have known all along, but they are really showing their true colors now.
