I'm currently in the process of developing a Sambar load (similar to Elk) for my Remington 700 in 7mm-08. The powder I'll be using is ADI AR2209 (which is H4350) and Federal 210 primers. COAL is 2.800" with the 150gr TSXBT off the rifling 0.050". I haven't worked out a suitable charge yet.

Can anyone provide me with details of their loads using these components?

I also load for the 7-08. Last month, I emailed Barnes and requested the latest data for TSX and the 7-08. They do not list H4350 for any of the TSX weights. However, I've had outstanding accuracy with 140gr TSX and 42g of RL-15, WLR primers, 2.80" COL. I haven't run the load through a Chono but hope they push 2,850 from the 24" barrel of my Model 700 Classic.

Hodgden's site lists 48.5gr H4350 with Sierra HPBT (a somewhat similar bullet) as their max load. MV is 2823 fps with this load. I haven't used it personally, but it ought to get the job done.

Barnes does not list H4350 for the 150 TSX. I use 48.3 grains with 140 TSX @ 2800 fps. They show 2600-2700 fps with the 150 TSX. Hope this helps.
