I bought this year's ago, comes with everything from the factory. Includes the original Duracell CR123 battery. Battery has never been stored inside the unit and I will include a brand new one with the unit. This is the top model I believe and functions perfectly and the only blemish is the slot for the battery, anodize has marks from using a coin to remove and replace the battery. At best, maybe been used a half dozen times.
