I got about a little over a inch MOA at a 100 yd. and dont know on the round count because i didnt buy new, it didnt show to be shot a lot however , i only put maybe 100 rounds thru it. Used it for a dog gun

The camo is just regular spray paint and would come off easily with lacquer thinner Don't have the sieral number in front of me the guns it my work will have to check and can let you know
