Bought this from a friend due to a wild hair. He had it built by the controversial Diablo Custom Rifles. They did a good job, except for not properly curing the cerakote, so he had it redone by Simmons. I had sling swivel studs added by Simmons. Specs: 24" Lilja 1-8" twist barrel (not sure of the contour, but I believe it to be a Remington Mountain Rifle contour); late Remington action; McMillan McSwirly stock in Remington Classic pattern in what I term bloody dysentery colors (it grows on you); Timney trigger; Talley lwt 1" rings. Shows 6 pounds, 10 ounces on my cheap Chinese scale.

The original owner put about 100-120 rounds through the rifle and I put another 40 rounds through it. Will come with Redding dies and 100 pieces of fresh Hornady brass.

Nice looking piece. I believe that’s the McMillan Compact Hunter stock pattern. It’s a little shorter/slim.
