In a unanimous decision, the U.S. Supreme Court just took another step at gutting the administrative state. The court just ruled against the Biden administration in a case revolving around the question of whether or not people can sue federal agencies.
While the Biden administration was making the argument that federal agencies were immune from these lawsuits—the U.S. Supreme Court rejected this argument and has now opened the door for many more lawsuits to be filed in the near future.

I had some letter agency guys at my house 3 times in five years because of some stuff my son was doing overseas. The thing I learned about them is they are there to get information not give it to you.

Well 7 Fed agency's spied on me and drew up a perp sheet and put me on a watch list because of what I purchased and how fast I purchased the items.
Not because I broke any laws.
But then I was never supposed to know that I was put on their watch list.
I wear that badge with Honor after I was told about it.
