Does anybody know the length of the forearm on the 1928 Model 99 takedown. I spotted one that so far is cheap and just needs a better forearm and butt plate.

Could the 99A “Rifle” be had in a TD? If so the forearm would be longer than a 99F TD. I have a long TD forearm that I think is about 11 inches?
I'm not greedy, I just want one of each.

In 1928 it was called a 99B and had a medium weight barrel

11.25 inches from the front of the forearm to where it meets the receiver on my 1928 G.

Left it go. Bidding went beyond what I was interested in for a project.
