Hi all-what is the consensus/opinion on the correct Starling brass length (2.080 vr 2.125)for use in a Winchester Miruko (2022) model 1894?

I use the 2.080 in my 1906 Winchester 94. A little easier to chamber with the 2.080. With the 2.125 you may have a problem chambering if it is ballard bullet which has steeper ogive. Problem is not round entering chamber, but hangs up in the feeding.

This will tell you.

Lot of discussion here.

My Miruko manufactured 1894 accepts the 2.125" Starline cases. I have both lengths cases on hand and use the 2.080 length cases to make 35-40 Maynard brass.

Thank you for the replies.
I am familiar with the information at Starline. The article suggests 2.125 while the 2.080 brass is the same length as Winchester brass except with thinner walls. I assume Winchester makes proper length brass for their rifles so it is confusing.
I will read the info at Marlinowners. I appreciate the info.
