It will be reversed.
The judge made far too many errors for the appellate court to ignore.His clerk,Allison Greenfield,who sat at the bench and who made many decisions instead of the judge,were overtly prejudicial.Her background,especially her ties to Chuck Schumer,will also be assailed and proven to be extremely prejudicial.Greenfield's political contributions to Democratic groups that supported AG Letitia James,will also be called into question.
The prosecuting attorney made many mistakes,even crossing over into malfeasance,that weren't corrected by the judge.
Engoron's extra judicial gag orders will certainly be judged as an abridgment of President Trump's first amendment rights.
Most of these are considered reversible errors.These errors will be used as a cudgel to undo the damage caused by this Bolshevik judge and his comrade assistant.
It will be the undoing of the Soros sponsored,Marxist slave,Letittia James,who hired on to Soros' Nazi plantation.Her remarks about "indicting Trump" as a plank in election platform,will come back to bite her on her already oversize ass. You don't seem to understand what constitutes reversible error. None of the things you mentioned are reversible error. Something like admitting into evidence something that clearly should have been excluded under the rules of evidence, or excluding something that is clearly admissible are examples of reversible error. Giving incorrect instructions to the jury is another common example. None of those happened here. STFU, you stupid marxist chkunt.

More examples of reversible errors:
1.Judge did not follow the law.
2.Seating a juror who has manifested impermissible bias to one party or the other.
3.Admitting evidence which should have been excluded under the rules of evidence.
4.Excluding evidence which a party was entitled to have admitted.
5.Giving an incorrect legal instruction to a jury.
6.Failure to declare a mistrial when continuing with trial amounts to a denial of due process.
7.Conversely, granting a mistrial in a criminal case if the defendant objects, unless the grant was necessary to correct manifest injustice.
That Bolshevik Engoron and his Bolshevik Clerk Greenfield are guilty of numerous violations while engaging in their predetermined agenda to railroad Trump.

It will not stand appeal, but trump.will have to hold $$$$ in escrow. He won't have a problem doing that.
The real question is will Tardqueen vote for trump? Well, certainly not in the caucus in his precinct. He apparently believes there is no need. The general election? The justice system has been fully weaponized. The one thing that an refugee friend of mine from Bosnia said about America 25 years ago that I'll never forget. He said what makes America the best country in the world is that the courts at least try to be fair. He said in any other country certain people get treated differently by the courts and in America for the most part people get treated the same.
I argued with him at the time that rich and poor get treated differently sometimes because of the lawyers they can hire.
He said in other countries they can decide to go after a rich man just because the government doesn't like him. He said then they find something to charge him with after they go after him and take him down. He said that doesn't happen in America. He said the courts are a weapon of the politicians I'm other countries but not in america. I wonder what Miro thinks now.

When are they going to charge the other tens of thousands of businesses that do exactly what Trump did? He did nothing unusual or illegal, and it benefited both parties. The only people that hate this type of exchange are Marxists........which makes sense, now that I think of it.
