Cancun next week.

Northern Idaho in May.

Utah in July (new grandson due) and back again for Thanksgiving.

A few scattered trips to the coast in-between.

My daughter is coming out for a week or so to hike .. don't know if that's day hikes or backpacking. We haven't done either in 20+ years since she was in high school so .. good times. Plus some weekends, maybe day hikes to local lakes, exploring some canyons for maybe hunting. If all goes well, in mid September I'll make a trip to the Hart Mountain antelope refuge to see what weather, dust, etc conditions are and how many people are around to see if that is a good hunt area to put 28 years of preference points into for 2025. With that much on the line, I want to see it in-season first.

Etc.

No idea.

Trying to get the Mrs to go for several years.
Our oldest daughter will be married soon, I think she realizes now that we are losing them. She wants to-go somewhere fun and relaxing, not the beach.

Anybody know if Branson is still the cluster it was 20 years ago.
She mentioned it, then the mess it was famous for being.

Once again, I may do a last long motorcycle trip. Fell through last year. I'll be 69 in a month, and probably don't have much more time that I even COULD do it. Last year was the Great Smoky Mountains, but I've decided that New England, specifically, NH, will be better. Haven't been there in a couple of decades. I liked it a lot then . We'll see. I might just end up being too old, and too poor

Probably just a few fishing trips to Lake Erie and my yearly catfish noodling trip to LBL in Kentucky. We are going on an Alaskan cruise in 2025.

I plan to fly down and meet Digital Dan in May. Couple of in-state fishing trips as well. That's about all I'll be able to handle.

If you notice the cake, yes, today is my birthday # 77.

watched a video of a guy flying into Juneau so I started checking

Flights aren't that bad - around $700 to get there, and VRBO's are pretty reasonable, about $1400 a week for a small one.

Probably won't do it in 2024 but seriously considering going up there to hike around Mendenhall
