Fudd thread got me thinking. Going to hunt with my Dad's 50 year old Remington 760 in 270 WCF this year.

But question is this. Does any bullet manufacture currently produce a 150gr RN bullet for the 270?

I have not been able to find any available components for reloading.

I did find some some Federal factory ammo and bought a couple boxes. But where would Federal be getting them?

Remington also still produces a 150 gr RN for the 270 in loaded ammo. I just saw some at the LGS. As far as components I can't help you. I got lucky on GB a while back and picked up 500 pulls (150 RN 277). I think they are Federals but don't know for sure.

They say everything happens for a reason.
For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.

If you can't find any bullets to load, buy more of that factory Federal blue box stuff. It shoots pretty good in my rifles. I generally don't like using factory ammo, but if you can't find the bullets you want (round nose 150gr), use what is available in factory ammo. If you can find it!!!:
