Anybody have one?

$400, hook it to your internet and TV, and you can watch almost everything free.

Basically, I'm picturing Big Satellite dishes before they scrambled the signals.

A couple guys at work use them, with good results. If, they have good internet.

Thousands of channels, current movies, networks.
Our closest CBS affiliate isn't on there, but the Pittsburgh one is.
Don't watch it for local stuff anyway, just a couple shows we record.

I'd bet this will change or go away at some point, no one is making monthly money off of it. A guy would only need to have it a few months to be money ahead if they do eliminate it.

I was thinking about something this morning that I wanted to ask folks.
I cut the cable about 3 years ago. I have a dvd player, and a collection of old Westerns and classic movies that I love, and other than reading, especially in winter, that’s how I fill my time.
Honestly, other than local weather and of course Southpark, and old movies, I really don’t regret it. Freaking expensive cable for a the more I watched.
How much is a gizmo like this monthly?
My Daughter in laws Dad has some thing that sounds like this. I went for a visit, and I know Tom loves history, so I took along my copy of the John Adams series for he and I to watch.
Wouldn’t you know, one of my disc was left at home.
No problem though, he pulled it up free on his TV!
Other than that my question pertains to NCIS, more specifically Gibbs boat.
Is it done? If so how the heck did he get it outta his cellar?πŸ˜€

No monthly fee.
A one time purchase of a box.

NCIS is one thing we watch.
Gibbs boat was finished,
he was on a shakedown run and it exploded.

Can't remember anymore. A couple years ago probably.

Okay, didn’t know that!
But how in the heck did he get it out of the cellar?
Probably Hollyweird magic!πŸ˜€
Thanks!

$400 is too much.

If you want to watch TV, you can get over the air channels for the cost of a $25 digital antenna.

If you are posting on here, you can get Youtube (with ad blocker), Rumble, etc free.

Just an iptv box. Guy used to sell dragon boxes at work for $300. People loved em, til dragon box owners got sued and their "free" tv went bye bye. These things are for people who dont know any better. For $400 you can buy a lot of firesticks/android box/etc etc and download apps that serve the same content. A lot easier than the old days hacking satellite cards wink
