Instead of cancer or Alzheimer’s or any number of serious diseases that science could benefit they are looking for more hard on meds. Every damn commercial for big pharma is for a hard on drug or they’re pimping another drug for STDs..HIV drugs that allow some diseased faqqot have unprotected butt sex with another faqqot and not infect him….Pre Exposure Prophylaxis (PREP) is not just GROSS in its design but it should be prosecuted NOT protected. If someone knowingly has an STD like HIV or Hepatitis and has unprotected sex they should be sent to prison but instead our government supports that by intimating that it’s acceptable if you take a pre exposure prophylaxis….I’d call it a terrible contradiction or mixed messaging but they aren’t stupid….
Based upon the amount of airtime they give to HIV, STDs and hard on drugs you’d think that at least 50% of the population suffered from 1 of those diseases. I’m sure that viagra and cialis have their benefits but is it really necessary to advertise for it every 10 minutes? Are there that many people and doctors that don’t know about those drugs and if it wasn’t for the commercial they’d be watching TV while flaccid? 😂

A painful erection that lasts for hours? Yeah, nah.
I suspect that another problem may become obvious when you put that lotion-covered erection into your partner. Maybe riding bareback will be out of the question.
