Not saying something is off, but if it is, it should be easily clarified with a phone call and some specific pictures.

Interesting way to pop back up on the forum for the first time since May of 2020.

I never sent a payment. How could something be wrong with it? Amazing that I’ve received 2 emails and 2 messages within 5 minutes wanting payment.

Interesting. I may have just got hosed too. I am NOT saying that is the case but I just made a sizeable purchase from a member that hadn't posted since 8/2020. I never thought to look at the last posting date until I saw this.

These are the emails I received within 2 minutes of sending a PM. Check out the email name and address. Nothing personal but it doesn’t sound like a campfire member.

Reverse image search can sometimes be revealing.

If the seller sends more than one email/text/PM in the first 10 minutes after you say "I'll take it", and especially if they warn that "other people want it, you better pay quickly" - that's not how gun sellers operate. Especially if paypal gift/friends or venmo/etc. That's a scammer.
