Saw him on The show with Carson a few times, he could get Johnny rolling. Only other guy who could do that was Dangerfield.. Spencer Tracy is one of the few actors who can get me to watch a movie I’m not really interested in just to see him act. He’s surely one of the greats! Reon

I also feel that Spencer Tracy is one of the greats. Have you seen him in "Inherit the Wind"? If not, you certainly should. In fact, it would do everyone a great deal of good to watch it.

When I was a kid, i hated that scene... We had a 61 Chevy Impala, just like that one. Hated seeing 'our family car' getting smashed up.. the one my dad had, had a 409 under the hood.
I enjoy that movie, have seen it a million times. We have it on DVD, I think I picked up a Walmart a number of years ago for like $5.00

I believe you mean there were 2 Curlys. The original Curly and then later Curly Joe. The original Curly, Moe's real life brother , was dead by the time this film was made. It's sad too as Curly Joe was never like the original.
If you want to educate someone on what Hollywood USE to be this movie would go a long way on doing that. The cast is unbelievable, the cameos and bit rolls by well known stars are in the double digits. For instance, does everyone remember Buster Keaton making an appearance? I had completely forgot that part until a friend reminded me . Legendary movie.
