Jason Winston is David Winston's son. He was a knife maker for a short period of time under David's guidance and built some really nice stuff. As far as I'm aware Jason isn't making knives anymore, so this one is likely a bit unique. It's Desert Ironwood and David's own damascus blade. Mosaic pins. This is a small fixed blade pocket and is an ideal size. About 4 1/2" OAL and a 2 1/4" blade. New and razor sharp, as original from the maker. I'll take $200 shipped. First I'll take it via Post or PM. No Paypal or Zelle.

Indeed he did make a nice knife. I have a matching set of knives, one made by David and one by Jason. Can't tell any difference in the quality, finish, grind, etc. I'm sure David had a watchful eye or hand in the process if needed.

Those Mississippi boys have turned out some good stuff- May, Ingram, Winston.

I’m 99% sure my most used knife during deer season the last couple of years is a Winston made by Jason. I use it to skin multiple deer every year and it keeps an edge very well.

They definitely do make ‘em nice. David’s damascus is very well done.

I have one that has both of there names ( David ~ Jason) on it. Was wondering how many they made like that.

unfortunately, original buyer had an issue which is preventing him from buying this knife, so it is back up for sale. Here are a couple of closer pics of the damascus.

Thanks,

Dale

Had to zoom in on that picture to see that that's a mosaic pin.

Damn if it don't look like a phillips head at first glance......
