Making an optic mount for the Alpine Sporter rifle (g11, I think, or but k11/1911 all the same)

I can not find if it exists online or anywhere else, what the radius is for the left side of the receiver for where I need to mount the optic too.

well, that will at least go into my model as a quarter of a circle with a 1.35" diameter.... Which should make my machinist's job a little easier?

I think I'll just drop off the rifle with the design and he can use his fancy measuring tools on it.

Off point head's up here from my limited knowledge base; make that "very limited". But of knowledge there are differing sub-models of the 1911. Some early editions as reconfigured Model 1905 Carbines, of which I have one in original '05 configuration. Beautifully made, but perhaps not up to firing pressures acceptable for 1911 editions. I believe the official nomenclature may have been Model 00/11 Carbine. Also, perhaps distinguished by serial number. Mine, pix below, as SN 24xxx. "?".
Again, just a "head's up!

There is a company called "Swiss Products" that makes a scope mount specifically for the K11 or G11. I have one of their mounts on my K31 and it's been solid and trouble-free for 16 years.
