It’s a Demonrat run city, but more old school not so progressive. I guess they are playing Ketchup.
I can’t get the link to work.
The police chief wants to reduce calls responded to from 200,000 to 50,00 per year.
Going forward, they will only respond to crimes in progress. Other crimes will be phoned in!
Guessing that doesn’t apply to violent crimes as a whole. But I’d bet it does to some.
If they don’t have a big B&E problem yet, it’s coming.
Those mass shoplifting things? Oh yeah.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

For a city, a Pittsburgh has always been a pretty neat place. I hate to hear this kind of news. The municipalities that stand strong will be the ones that will maintain a decent standard of living. Pittsburgh needs to rethink this! What a train wreck!

I live 100 miles away, it's "Our" city.
Need high level medical care, get Federal Jury duty....its Pittsburgh.
I like it as well as about any city.
As a former 48 state and Canada long haul driver, Pittsburgh is one of the more
interesting cities to deal with. Naturally, not considering people.
3 rivers, nothing but mountains and valleys. Flat spots are rare.
Charleston WV is similar, but smaller.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

But just like every other screwed up city in this nation, regardless of where it is, what is the common Denominator? Each one ran by DemocRATS.... Yet the public keeps electing these clowns into control, over and over...or else they cheat their way into office via election fraud. 1930s, 1940s and 1950s Detroit was the richest city in the nation. What is it worth today? Last I saw a stat on it, and the average price for a piece of property in Detroit City limits was $1750.00... That is the public's ROI by investing in DemocRAT control over our cities, counties and States. They are ALL over taxed and yet they have nothing but rot to show for it.
