My first course in thermodynamics wasn't too bad, but when I got to Physical Chemistry I (largely statistical thermodynamics) I barely survived it.

Because I was going to be a pilot, I took Meteorology 101 in college (which annoyed my English Lit adviser to no end). I enjoyed it very much. The second course in Met, however, involved "DiffEQ" math, and I nearly failed Trig in HS. Not gonna work.

Only thing worse was partial difficult eqations. why partial is more difficult than one dimensional differential equations? as an example a bullet fired at 10 degree angle is moving up (dy/dt) and forward (dx/dt).
