When they started looking at DNA for older cases a strange phenomenon occurred
1/2 of the cases they investigated……..proved they got it right the first time.
They were THAT stupid

Except, you disagree!😁 I was born and raised here in Modesto…. I knew Laci. Worked with her Dad Dennis and had many mutual acquaintances. I ain’t gonna type a fuggin novel here but that piece of chit is guilty and is not even worth being called human. He is the definition of evil and doesn’t deserve the air he breathes. Here we got a guy who not only lives in Modesto, but he knew Laci. This is one thing I enjoy about this forum, we have a member who is "up close and personal" on a case as notorious as this one.

How many anchors does it take to hold a boat that size in place. Where are all those concrete anchors Scott made.
My brother inlaw was Sergeant in the PD . He was at the home during the first few days of Lacey missing. According to my brother inlaw there was evidence that pointed to Scott from the beginning.
No doubt to me that POS is guilty.
Lacey is or was my wife’s second cousin. Same great grandfather,different grandmother.

Wasn’t there another Peterson? His wife turned up dead as well.
The other Peterson claims an owl did it. He may be right. Yes there was he was a cop from illinois Drew Peterson

The other Peterson claims an owl did it. He may be right. Yes there was he was a cop from illinois Drew Peterson He was an author, ex military. Also local mayor or something in Durham, NC. Wife caught him booking homo escorts. Tossed her down the stairs. Major screw up with the state investigator's office, fraudulent evidence on other cases. He got off too. The owl story was a fortuitous red herring the Audobon Society helped.

Which Peterson.. IIRC, there have been several guys with the name Peterson that have been accused and found guilty of murdering people over the last 2 or 3 decades.

He was convicted and served time for murder, but got his sentence overturned. Several years earlier, another wife had fallen down the steps and was also dead. And his 2 daughters from the first wife stood by him the entire time, said they loved their dad and he wouln't have hurt mommy.

Listen to the podcast by the Crime Junkie girls. Nancy Grace was a lying POS during her coverage of the case. There is so much the news did not report and the judge would not allow that would cast a lot of shadow to him being the murderer. She gave me the strongest impression he was in fact innocent. Now I wonder how much she was paid to go over the top nutzo to push the "hysteria conviction" narrative. All those shrieking harpies on the street made you feel sorry for the guy. Also, Geragos $Million dollar fee had to come from somewhere. An additional revenue stream through his tribal connections to the Media didn't hurt, with all the "documentaries" coming out to cast doubt on what was damning evidence of guilt. His play at incompetence for not pressing exculpatory "evidence" was a brilliant touch. It was very well played theater that should never have been allowed to override his conviction. Justice was abused most cynically. Also there has to be room for suspicion of bribery, hidden under the cover of public outcry.

1-I have always believed he killed her.
2-I never believed that the prosecution proved its case beyond a reasonable doubt.

What a mess that is and it is looking more and more like he is innocent, that's 20 plus years of his life that he will never get back.
And the worse part he will allways be vilified even if they outcome proves his innocents. He and an army of lawyers can never convince me he is innocent. kwg
