Was Alex Balding the good guy or the bad guy?

Nobody's right if everybody's wrong. Getting into reloading to save money is like getting married for free sex.

That's not a fair question. Historically many bad guys became good guys and vice versa depending on the situation. Some would be bad guys and later be lawmen switching characters from one to the other. I do doubt very many of them died in bed unless a jealous husband was involved. PJ

I'd be the good guy with a thirty shot six shooter and the ability to shoot the gun out of the bad guys hand without drawing blood. And banging the pretty girl from the stagecoach. And have a big ranch with beautiful Chinese cooks and subservient Mexican cowboys. And money, lots of money. And be thin.

Movies are fiction but there's a limit to what's believable. I couldn't be thin if I didn't eat for a month.

Just watching the movie Tombstone for the 100th time. Kurt Russel version. Good actors . So the big question who would you want to be? Good or bad ?? Ever read up on what really happened to Johnny Ringo?

Bad guy. When done right, they can be more interesting. I always thought that one of the best portrayals of the BAD guy was Bruce Dern in "The Cowboys". Without pscyhopathic Dern, they were just a bunch of Rustlers.

Richard Boone made the jump from good guy to bad guy pretty well in Westerns.
You never really knew if Lee Van Cleef was a good guy or a bad guy

I'd be the absolute master of "guy crossing the street in the background." Because I'd be in every Western movie ever made.
