Well you aren't the only one. Sleep has been an off and on thing for me since my knee replacement on 2/12. Sometimes the hurting just wears you out and you doze off. But regular sleep not for awhile . Good luck on it WM..mb

I have nights like this sometimes, I get up out of bed, come read some stuff on the Campfire or other forums; then I'll get tired and off to bed I go.

I woke up about 20 minutes ago and can’t get back to sleep. I usually wake up a couple of times a night but go right back to sleep.

pain is waking me up practically every night somewhere between 12:30-3/
I will soon have surgery on both shoulders.
Going to see a surgeon for neck vertebrate tomorrow. If surgery is required, I'll do the worse shoulder and the neck.
And wait til next year for the left shoulder.
