When they were shooting live ammo around the set for fun, she should have put an immediate stop to it, collected all weapons, all ammo, and checked EVERYTHING. She was supposed to be the weapons expert and handler on set, if she had done her job everyone could have pulled triggers and nobody would have been killed. There were only supposed to be blanks, how did live ammo get past her? Baldwin was ultimately in charge of the entire set - to include everything and everyone, he shares fault too.
