The MSM channels are going to give this high marks.
They got his drug cocktail dialed in for a high energy angry speech directed at the base of the Dem party. Lots of slurring.
I sure hope this performance gives him the balls to debate Trump because without a prepared speech on a teleprompter that drug cocktail is going to bite him in the ass. FJB will be off-line for two days recovering from his outburst tonight. He's had three years of being an offline rubber stamping treasonous phouc.

That said there was a lot of slurring and he was talking faster than he could think. Speech was rehearsed and on the teleprompter. Pretty much everyone saw what their bias wanted. I saw a guy that was high on speed giving a speech he had done many times and slurred many words. The Demo base saw a guy who didn't stutter a lot and was ready to fight. Anyone who has delt with old people can see this is going to embolden Biden and it's going to be harder to dodge Trump on the debates. Interesting times.
