On the radio this morning, Dog missing in town Bedford, half Dachshund half Rottweiler!
The pictures that that brings to mind!
The breeding?
Why would you add that attitude to a Rottweiler?
Wife's family had pups from a Retriever, Basset tryst. They looked like freaks. 1 looked like a cylinder on sawhorse legs. Retriever head. The other was a Basset with a Retriever head and hair, Basset ears.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

Dachshund sire, rottie mother? I would have liked to see how it was accomplished.
My mother had a small bitch mutt, chihuahua & some kind of terrier. She came into heat, my lab tried to breed her but couldn't get low enough. Funny as hell!

I'm picturing one of those pickups with the back bumper dragging & the front end to the sky.
Wide chest Rott front end, Dachshund ass end.

Around the same time my sister's dachshund tried to do the deed. Not much taller, but twice as long. Couldn't get far enough forward, but shot his load anyway. I think it was his first encounter of any sort with a female dog.

My cousins 170 pound great Dane knocked up their viszla. Perfect bird dogs for ostrich hunting. The pups were actually pretty cute.
