Anyone seen or handled any? They list them on their site. I'm overly impressed with the new fieldmaster and wingmaster, and love the idea they went back to the old wingmaster roll mark.

Rumor is they're not making anything other than 12s and 20s. I help run a Facebook group on 870s and a few members work there. I'd like to see them myself but who knows

Hmm. Guess I'll have to wait. Back in 2016 when I got the 870 American classic, they advertised they were bringing more to the line-up. I really wanted one to match my 20. I contacted them asking when they would be coming out with the 410, they said not at the time. Well we all know what happened after that.

Yeah at one point they were going to bring the 7600s out again but I believe they've been dropped as well.

Back when the new Remington announced that they were going to make a 1-8 twist rate 243 in the 700, I decided I wanted one. None of the local gun shops seemed to be very interested in finding one for me, so I called a guy that worked at one the distributors that used to be one of the go-to's for just about any firearm that the old Remington company made. I hoped maybe he knew if any had hit the market yet, but he couldn't help me, and we ended up talking about the wide variety of rifles and shotguns that Remington used to make. Now, I don't know how much he knew about it, but I assume that he knew something, and he said that it was his understanding that the new company was only going to make what they thought would sell the best, and that meant just the basic models. He said that he did not think that such models as the Seven, would ever be made again, or the special run stuff that Big Green used to put out. So, I'd say that for the unforeseable future, we'll only see 700 and 870's in whatever the new bunch thinks will sell the best.

One of our members here picked up a 410 Wingmaster a few weeks ago at Sportsmans in Anchorage.

One of our members here picked up a 410 Wingmaster a few weeks ago at Sportsmans in Anchorage. Interesting It was used. Don't let 358' get your hopes up. I have wanted one for a while, but I could never bring myself to pay $600 for an Express model, when they were available. I ran across this used Wingmaster, from the J-lock generation. It has a fixed modified choke. It's not in pristine condition, by any means, but the price was right and it should be a good shooter. I dug out the MEC Grabber and cranked out a couple hundred .410 shells, so now I just need to find the time to try it out.
Thoroughly enjoying Alaska since 2001.

They're fun little shotguns though. Enjoy

The Rem Arms website says that the 870 Wingmaster is being made in 410, and there's a turkey mocel 410. Like a lot of the new "Remingtons," I suspect they are hard to find. Hopefully production will crank up and we'll see some more of them hitting the market.
