Disappointed. I was hoping to see something with two barrels.

Disappointed. I was hoping to see something with two barrels. They came out with one last year. Turkish made. Picked one up at Scheels. Thought it was overly heavy.

I’m tempted to try one for my 13 year old boy. Wish it didn’t have the extra slot on the left to change the bolt handle.

Randy Wakeman had a write up on Chuckhawks page saying: “The 18i is made by Marocchi, now known as CD Europe, so it appears that the Sorix is also made by CD Europe / Marocchi in Italy.” https://chuckhawks.com/weatherbysorix.html

Almost looks like they copied the SBE 2. Not sure that slot in receiver is a good idea on a waterfowl gun.
