Too bad, the Dominican side of Hispaniola is very nice. No it isn’t but it’s better than Haiti. Not a hard position to get to. My sister and friends went to Haiti on a medical and dental mission. They were kept in a walled compound with razor wire and armed guards. Dominican Republic is better but they have plenty of Haitians coming over the border

I think the prison escape is a con. I believe they let them out and will ship them close to our border so they can walk across and be our problem.

I talked to a helicopter pilot at work that had done a job in Haiti. He said aside from the capitol palace the whole country is a complete hellhole. He said it is stumps and mud. They have cut everything to burn and haven't replanted so they would have something to burn later. The most ignorant desolate place on the planet and it is only that way because of the people.
