Long story short: My brother, who spends 99% of his time over seas, constantly asks me to buy a Tavor so he can shoot it (Despite him not enjoying shooting my ar-15 because its 'to much',) so I spent my hard earned cash on what I can only describe as the [bleep] bullpup chasis ever designed by a madman... and spent two weeks and about 4- hours trying to put this [bleep] thing together. 50% of that, being in removing the rear sight because of being a random-chinese made sks I had to invent my own method to remove it when the methods online didn't work....)

So yea,

Brother, enjoy your "Tavor at Home".meme....

I suppose this could be 'better' or 'worse' than the monstrosity I made it when I put it into a Tapco Intrafusion Stock with some custom made plates to mount L/R detached bipod legs to so I could keep the bayonet attached...then put a old Tasco AccuDot on that....

The one I had was pretty simple and straightforward to put together.

Although, in fairness, I thought the long barrel with front sight post looked a little wrong. So, I took it off, shortened the barrel to the legal limit. And threaded it.

Mag changes sucked though. I never could get the hang of it, and ended up selling it to a buddy who just had to have it.

FWIW, Jesse James Firearms had one on their website once a long time ago. He must've been really proud of it, considering the cheap $30 tasco 50mm red dot and the crazy sticker shock that he thinks he's owed because he touched it. I'm thinking it was around $850 (this when SKS were selling for $200). The stock was selling for about the same. So, whoever bought it, doubled his money.
