I'm going to sell my 12 x 14 Davis tent water and mildew treatment from factory. Has three windows colorado door and front screen door. Comes with poly tarp, traditional poles and two bags of nails also comes with the four dog stove(four dog model), old and new stove pipes, and a big Rubbermade tote to store it all in. Will not separate. There is no mold or mildew.The stove jack does have some fraying from being used. Asked Davis when I had the last window installed to look at it and they said it's no problem. Located in Lakewood, Colorado not willing to ship. $1500.00 DM me with any questions. Price is firm.
Also for local residents getting rid of rifles and pistols.

In case anyone doesn't already know these are great tents and Davis has terrific customer service. I bought mine around 2000-it doesn't owe me anything
